The sign-up is for readers in the United States. It is free, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email. The privacy page says what we keep and why.

The text, covers and design belong to JMS Media Group LLC. You may print the free checklist and share it, including with a hospice, church or support group, as long as you don’t sell it or change it. Please don’t copy the rest of the site or the books without permission.
